19 Jun 2010 - Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim, Sungai Petani
Paksu admitted in ICU due to high blood, then blood vessel burst and leading to head bleeding. Coma since admitted in the morning until passed away on 20 Jun 2010 about 3.30am in the early morning.

20 Jun 2010 - Tahlil done by Tahfiz Al-Amin Sungai Layar
